Founder & Creative Director

Kyle ($mit) is the visionary behind CREW, a brand he established in 2016 to merge his love for art, fashion, and storytelling. As a self-taught videographer and graphic designer, Kyle has cultivated a unique style and perspective that sets CREW apart. While his journey didn’t follow the traditional path—he didn’t attend college— his hustle, connections, and experiences rival that of any formal education.

Beyond fashion, Kyle is passionate about empowering the next generation. As a basketball trainer and coach, he teaches discipline, creativity, and resilience both on and off the court.

For Kyle, art is more than an aesthetic—it's an outlet, a means of expression, and a tool for transformation.

Smoke

Head of Sales

Juwan (Smoke) is the heartbeat of Creative Worldwide. Known for his charisma and magnetic personality, he’s the guy everyone loves and the life of every party. Juwan has been a loyal supporter of CREW, standing by the brand through its highs and lows and helping build its reputation from the ground up.

His ability to connect with people, inspire loyalty, and bring energy to every event has been instrumental in the brand’s success.

Juwan’s passion for CREW is infectious, and his commitment to pushing the brand forward makes him an irreplaceable part of the team.

Head of Operations

As one of the first investors in CREW, Sean (Pop) believed in the brand's vision from the very beginning. His support and strategic mindset continue to drive CREW forward.

Sean is the backbone of Creative Worldwide, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. He handles all event logistics and provides crucial support to the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Outside of CREW, Sean is dedicated to shaping young minds and empowering the next generation as both a teacher and basketball coach. His leadership skills and commitment to community development shine through in all that he does.

Bo$$Lady

Head of Marketing

Akeya (Bo$$Lady) is the creative force behind CREW’s marketing strategy, bringing fresh energy and innovative ideas to the brand. She manages marketing campaigns, graphic design, and event planning, ensuring that every aspect of the brand’s story is told with impact and authenticity.

An accomplished entrepreneur with multiple businesses under her belt, Akeya is an expert marketer who knows how to build momentum and drive results.

As the most recent addition to the team, she is determined to push CREW towards empowering female creatives and hustlers to take up space and thrive in their industries.
